Gelaine Santiago (she/her)
Founder & CEO
Gelaine is an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, and business coach. She works at the intersection of entrepreneurship, social justice, and cultural identity.
A proud daughter of immigrants of Filipina and Chinese heritage, Gelaine co-founded Cambio & Co. and Sinta & Co. with her husband Jérôme — two mission-driven ecommerce brands partnering with artisans in the Philippines. They bootstrapped both into multiple six-figure companies serving customers in 21 countries, powered primarily through organic and community-led marketing.
Gelaine's work has been featured in Forbes, CBC, Cosmopolitan, Huffington Post, and Rappler, and she was named one of RBC's Top 25 Canadian Immigrants in 2019.
Today, she partners with early-stage and scaling founders who want to grow their businesses while staying true to their identities and values.

Jérôme Gagnon-Voyer (he/him)
CTO & COO
A graduate of Computer Engineering, Jérôme translates complex technical systems into tools that serve the people, not the other way around.
With a diverse experience ranging from Fortune 500s to scrappy nonprofits and civic tech projects, he built the operational "spine" for Cambio & Co.and Sinta & Co.
When he’s not working with retail clients or running operations behind-the-scenes, Jérôme can be found volunteering with grassroots organizations like Civic Tech Toronto and Technologists for Democracy.
